Full-Charge Bookkeeper

MATTEO LLC, a manufacturer of luxury bed linens and loungewear, is looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper. The person to fill this position is detail-oriented, well-organized, and interested in an opportunity to grow their career in Accounting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee 2 direct reports (A/R and A/P)

• Process payroll for 35 people

• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger

• Approve customer credit
• Follow up with customers, collections, and billing disputes

• Organize and maintain filing system

Qualifications
• 5-years experience
• Accurate 10-keys for data entry
• Must be organized and very detail oriented
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Have solid written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to problem solve and multi-task
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ideal candidate will be willing to take on various, additional tasks
