The right candidate be part of a global team that helps evaluate the control environment established by management. Using a risk based approach; you will evaluate the system of internal controls over financial reporting as required by Sox. You will also review other key internal controls and work on special projects as appropriate. We believe in recruiting the best people and putting them in the right jobs so that they can do their best work. This experience will prepare you for future leadership roles within the organization, typical auditors rotate into the business after about 24 months. Your responsibilities will include: • Complete a risk profile on assigned engagements to determine the processes that represent the largest risk to the corporation. • Perform appropriate tests of controls in compliance with department policies to provide objective evaluations of the internal control system. • Prepare audit reports that describe the nature of the audit tests performed and any document exceptions to corporate policy. • Identify opportunities to improve Internal Audit effectiveness and efficiency.Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance (other related fields may be considered). • 2-8 year experience in accounting/audit•Willingness to travel up to 50% (includes international) Highly considered candidates will have: • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese’s, • Master’s degree in Accounting or related MBA. • CPA, CIA, CMA certification• Experience in Big 4 or Corporate Internal Audit Determents Contact UsManagement Recruiters of Elgin, Inc. 472 N.
