Regional Property Manager

Grady Management, Inc., a leader in the property management arena in the Virginia and Maryland markets, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, professional, multi-site property manager for a local portfolio.  No overnight travel reqd. 

 

You must be proficient with Low Income House Tax Credit.  Must have a working knowledge of waiting list, income allowances and rent calculations process, lease renewal (recertification) utility allowances, fraud and termination of tendency rules and billing and reporting to HUD.

 

3+ years of exp. with multi-site required managing a min. of 1,500+ rental units.  Strong leadership and mgt skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of financials, budgeting and personnel management..  In addition, you must be able to establish goals, meet deadlines and help improve the bottom line.
