Job Description Documentation and Training Specialist Documentation and Training Specialist This position exists to help bring order and improved productivity to the division’s marketing communications efforts from an operational perspective. Particular need exists to reduce number of tools required and overhead associated with Marcom teams executing campaigns. This involves developing, documenting, validating and training to efficient and effective marketing communications processes. This position will do the heavy lifting associated with documentation, testing and training of chosen processes and tools, creating and executing QA test plans, creating and maintaining training tools and documentation and providing ongoing user technical support. We require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent number of years experience with demonstrable track record of success. Understanding of B2B CRM/ERP and web technologies, implementations and best practices. We also require 5+ years documentation & training experience. QA test plan development and testing of software tools and business processes is a plus. Technical writing, including information gathering, documentation layout and design, graphics and illustration is preferred. Multimedia training tools development/delivery/maintenance. Delivery of training content via webinars and in person is desired. Education: BachelorsJob Level: Experienced
