Primary Responsiblities: Preparation of Import Letters of Credit and amendments Other L/C related operations Data entry of purchase and sales orders Requirements Skill RequirementsA Degree in Finance At least 1 year of Letter of Credit experience Data entry abilities that exceed 12,000ksph Alpha-numeric and 10-key Typing abilities that exceed 55wpm Advanced level experience working in Oracle and DiscovererWorking knowledge of the metals trading industryClear understanding of policies and procedures followed across departmental lines to ensure timely and accurate customer servicePositive interpersonal relationsExcellent written communicationDetail-orientedAbility to multi-taskOrganizedExcellent follow up skillsBehavior RequirementsTeam player Problem solver Good attendance Dependable Good time management Positive attitude High integrity Willing to learn   RemX OfficeStaff is an Equal Opportunity Employer
